Pore gradient and filtration precision of sintered felt

Stainless sintered felt is made from micron metal fibers via non-woven laying, stacking and high-temp sintering, forming a 3D porous structure. Different pore layers form a pore gradient for graded filtration: larger particles are captured in the outer layer while smaller particles penetrate deeper, ensuring high efficiency with greater dirt-holding. Selection should consider precision, flow, temperature and corrosion; multi-layer composites can balance precision and throughput.
